In September, our crew at Muskoka Brewery brought the Oktoberfest spirit straight to downtown Toronto with a one-day-only pop-up beer event in collaboration with Taste Toronto and the burger legends at Burger Drops. The event celebrated the launch of our seasonal Festbier, a smooth, golden German-style lager brewed for fall gatherings, and the camaraderie this season brings with friends and family

Why This Pop-Up Was a Must-Go

This one-day celebration brought together two Toronto favourites, Muskoka Brewery and Burger Drops, for a flavour-packed Oktoberfest experience. Guests enjoyed free samples of Muskoka’s Festbier, a smooth, golden German-style lager brewed with lightly toasted malt and herbal hops and paired with FREE samples from Burger Drops’ exclusive menu. This 568mL stein-sized beer is perfect for fall festivities and Oktoberfest cheers. Plus, it’s now available at your local LCBO.

Exclusive Menu by Burger Drops

To match the beer’s bold character, Greg, the mastermind behind Burger Drops, carefully curated a limited-time menu featuring the Oktoberfest Smash Slider, made with their premium smashed beef patty, pretzel bun, beer onion jam, grainy mustard and pickles. For dessert, the Apple Strudel Crueller offered a flaky, sweet nod to Bavarian tradition, finished with beer-infused caramel sauce. Every bite was crafted with precision and care, “The Burger Drops Way” and paired perfectly with Festbier’s crisp, malty profile.
