- Average shipping takes approximately 4-5 business days.
- 19+ recipients must be available to receive shipment.
- Please indicate Buzzer or Concierge if you live in an apartment building.
- Missed a delivery?
Annex Go Fetch- Your delivery will be rescheduled for the next delivery date in your area.
Purolator- Your delivery will be help for pickup at the nearest Purolator depot.
- You may receive multiple tracking links, this means that your order will arrive in separate parcels. Please note that the parcels may become separated in transit and arrive at different times. Refer to your tracking information for updates.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Items on clearance or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping fees are yours to pay unless the return is deemed refundable (see REFUNDS below).
- Packages are to be fully insured, otherwise items lost or damaged in the shipping process are not the responsibility of Muskoka Brewery and will not be exchanged or refunded. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
- Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent or dropped off within fourteen days of the delivery confirmation date.
- We allow ourselves the right to refuse any parcel not matching our criteria.
- If a parcel is refused upon delivery, related fees will be deducted from your refund.
- For regular returns, a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping and you return your item, our regular shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
- If you received a faulty item or it arrives damaged, please send us pictures by email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and a description of the defect. You must do this before the item is shipped back to Muskoka Brewery, so we know to expect your return.
- If we sent you the wrong item, please send us a photo and describe the error by email to email@example.com.
- Any defects occurred after washing the item are not the responsibility of Muskoka Brewery.
- We are willing to do our best to find the right solution!
