Weekly Order Practices

  • Each week, our Dockside Representative will send out an email to check in. Simply reply to place your order directly with your rep.
  • We kindly ask that Dockside customers place a combined minimum order of 1 hectoliter over the course of the summer (e.g., 5 x 20L kegs or 2 x 58L kegs) between May and Thanksgiving.
  • If the minimum isn’t met by the end of the season, a delivery fee equivalent to the remaining volume will be applied to your account.
  • Orders less than 1 hectoliter can still be picked up at the brewery, free of charge.
  • You’re also welcome to stop by and order through the Taproom—just a reminder that CO₂ fills will be charged to your account when ordering this way.

Cleaning Services

  • We’ve got your lines covered!
  • Every Dockside customer—regardless of order size—will receive both an opening and closing cleaning as part of the program.

Frequently asked questions

If you don’t already have a draught unit, the Canoe is for you! The Canoe comes with a draught unit for your home or cottage, while the Kayak doesn’t include a kegerator for dispensing your beer, and is great if you already have a beer-pouring set-up.

The draught unit is yours to keep forever. Perhaps you can pass it down to future generations, and have it live on forever?

Yes, it can, depending on the season. However, it should be treated as you would any electronic appliance. In warmer months, we recommend you keep the draught unit covered (ie. under a roof) and in a place where you can keep it plugged in at all times. If the unit is in your boathouse or under a roof in an outdoor bar, it should be fine, and the beer fresh and ready to enjoy! For cooler months, pay attention to the temperature as kegs and lines can freeze.

No. It is important to keep your draught unit plugged in at all times to ensure that the beer doesn’t get warm.  However, you should always be turning your C02 off while you are away.

Yes. Any kegs that you order must be kept cold in either ice or a fridge to ensure the best quality and minimal foaming.

  • To help ensure efficient delivery service throughout the season, we kindly ask that Dockside customers place a combined minimum order of 1 hectoliter over the course of the summer (for example, 5 x 20L kegs or 2 x 58L kegs) between May and Thanksgiving.

  • Cleaning Services – we’ve got your lines covered! Every Dockside customer—regardless of order size—will receive both an opening and closing cleaning as part of the program.

You can order between Monday at 9:00am and Thursday at 5:00pm to receive delivery prior to the weekend. Check with dockside@muskokabrewery.com for the estimated delivery time.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to cottages that are only boat access at this time. To be eligible for this program you must have a road access cottage or home.
