Serves 1 INGREDIENTS 2oz Legendary Oddity Gin 4-5 mint leaves 1/4 of a pomegranate Freshly squeezed lime juice Ginger beer 1/4oz pomegranate juice Lime wheel & pomegranate seeds as garnish DIRECTIONS Muddle mint leaves and ¼ of a pomegranate in a shaker. Fill a high ball glass with ice. Add lime juice and gin to shaker, stir a few items. Strain (twice if needed) into high ball glass. Top with ginger beer. Pour 1/4oz pomegranate juice over top of the cocktail. Garnish with a lime wheel on the side and pomegranate seeds on top.
