Docker Days of Summer: Muskoka Spirits unveils its first ready-to-drink gin and tonic
Gin, tonic, lime, cucumber – all the flavour at half the calories of most pre-mixed beverages.
A DOCK IN MUSKOKA, April 26, 2018 – Docks out, umbrellas up, it’s time to unveil your summer staple: Docker – a small batch ready-to-drink gin and tonic. Featuring a refreshing hit of lime, a hint of cucumber and natural tonic made with cinchona bark, these natural ingredients give the drink an inviting golden hue.
Made using Muskoka’s Legendary Oddity Gin and with less than half the sugar and calories than most pre-mixed beverages, Docker is pure, simple and good to go.
“With Docker, we set out to create the perfect summer drink where you don’t have to compromise on taste or worry that it’s loaded with calories and sugar or artificial sweeteners,” says Todd Lewin, President of Muskoka Brewery. “What makes Docker really unique is that we’ve made it with our small-batch Legendary Oddity Gin, a traditional dry gin with wild juniper berries and orris root. And unlike other coolers, it’s actually made locally right here in Muskoka. Ontarians wait so long to get on the dock and patio, we wanted to make a drink that’s refreshingly simple and delicious.”
Just in time for the long weekend, Docker will be available in 473mL cans across Ontario at the LCBO and the brewery starting early-May.
