Oak Rested Old Fashioned

Serves 1 INGREDIENTS 2 oz. Legendary Oddity Oak Rested Gin 3 dashes of bitters 2 tsp simple syrup Splash of soda water Pour over ice Optional: Cane sugar rim, orange or lemon wedge DIRECTIONS In a mixing glass add the gin, bitters and simple syrup. Strain into a rocks glass over ice, add a splash of soda water. Garnish with a cane sugar rim and a wedge of orange or lemon.
