 A pale ale showcasing the unique characteristics of Nelson Sauvin hops! Pouring a hazy, pale gold body, with a white head, Sauvin Serenade showcases a fruity aroma with subtle white wine tones. The flavour includes subtle malt sweetness, with passionfruit, white grape, gooseberry & Riesling notes. Refreshing & smooth, this single hop pale ale is medium-bodied with a pleasant carbonation, with a clean, dry finish and lingering bitterness.

 

Pair with grilled calamari, Waldorf salad, grilled chicken or whitefish.
