Shinnicked Stout Sticky Pudding
Recipe by Marcella DiLonardo AKA Modest Marce Ingredients: For the cake 1/2 cup boiling water 1 cup pitted dates 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed 2 large eggs, room temperature 3/4 cup Muskoka Brewery Shinnicked Stout 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon fine salt For the toffee sauce 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed 2 tablespoons corn syrup 1/4 cup Muskoka Brewery Shinnicked Stout 1/2 cup 35% whipping cream 1 teaspoon pure...
Pomegranate Mint Gin-ger Beer
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
2oz Legendary Oddity Gin
4-5 mint leaves
1/4 of a pomegranate
Freshly squeezed lime juice
Ginger beer
1/4oz pomegranate juice
Lime wheel & pomegranate seeds as garnish
DIRECTIONS
Muddle mint leaves and ¼ of a pomegranate in a shaker.
Fill a high ball glass with ice.
Add lime juice and gin to shaker, stir a few items.
Strain (twice if needed) into high ball glass.
Top with ginger beer.
Pour 1/4oz pomegranate juice over top of the cocktail.
Garnish with a lime wheel on the side and pomegranate seeds on top.
