26 Feb Pink Peppercorn Gimlet
- 2oz Butterfly Effect Pink Peppercorn Gin
- 1oz Fresh lime juice
- 1/4oz Pink peppercorns
- 1/4oz Honey
- Soda water
- Peppercorns & thinly sliced lime wheel (garnish)
- Muddle peppercorns (dry).
- Add muddled peppercorns, lime juice, gin, honey, and ice to martini shaker (shake well).
- Strain (twice if needed) into rock glass over ice.
- Top off with soda water.
- Garnish with 5 peppercorns and lime wheel.
