Our June 2023 Moonlight Kettle Brew

The perfect thirst-quenching beer for a scorching hot patio day. With a bright golden body, there are a variety of sweet bready and grainy notes with floral, spicy and herbal notes to balance thanks to the Hallertau Mittelfrüh Hops. This classic German style offers notes of fresh white bread and gentle graininess. Herbal and spicy notes ensure the beer is not overly sweet, and the brew team utilized a spontaneous carbonation to help enhance the beer’s floral notes for a balanced and refreshing drinking experience.  Crispy, clean and refreshing, with a soft, spontaneous carbonation.

Pair with bacon wrapped scallops, a mild and creamy cheese like brie or even smoked gouda, and pork schnitzel.
