Reporting to the Taproom Manager, the Assistant Taproom Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of our taproom with a focus on exceptional consumer experience, train and coach our taproom team, provide authentic tour & event experiences, and have a critical eye to optimize our retail and merchandise presents

The Brewer is a key position on the brewing team who must be a self-starter with great energy and true passion for craft beer and spirits. Our Brewing team works together under minimal supervision to execute daily brewing operations, lead with innovation and creativity on project brews, facilitate best-in-class quality standards, and actively participate in sales and marketing efforts through beer education and public relations.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and company fleet activities. This role leads the warehouse team directly and manages the Fleet Supervisor, who oversees distribution drivers and day-to-day fleet operations; ensures alignment between warehousing, distribution, and sales fleet activities, driving operational efficiency, safety, compliance, and service excellence.
