Harvest Ale marks the end of the growing season and the process of gathering mature crops from the fields. Since 2017, we have worked with local farmers across Ontario to brew a true reflection of Ontario’s harvest in this beer. We believe in supporting our local communities whenever possible. This year, we’re thrilled to brew with Ontario ingredients from Escarpment Labs in Guelph, Barn Owl Malt in Belleville, and Heyhoe Hop Farms in Aylmer as well as malt from Canada Malting's Ottawa Valley location. Discover a taste of this year’s harvest with malt forward, soft biscuit flavours that transform into notes of mango, grapefruit, and stone-fruit.
